Sales Order Process

Vendor Number: 1001242

  • Process order as an Instore Special Order
  • Enter the Article Numbers found on sales worksheet
  • Ensure Delivery Method set to "Deliver to Customer" and not "Deliver to Store"
  • Confirm customer details on Special Order are current and accurate (ie. phone number, address)
  • Once order is complete print out an extra copy of the sales order for the sales rep to ensure the customer's order is processed properly (Order process time of 24-48 hours)

  • Once received, Canadian Spa Company we will contact the customer to discus delivery
